The devotion to the Sto. Niño has spread outside the boundaries of Cebu and the Philippines, and we could say that its devotion is spread by the Filipino Catholic devotees.

A replica of the Santo Niño de Cebu image donated by the Province of Santo Niño de Cebu of The Order of St. Augustine (“Santo Niño Province Augustinians”) is enshrined at the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain. The Santo Niño Province Augustinians are the caretakers of the original Santo Niño de Cebu image housed in the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu (BMSN).

Two historians from the Province of Santo Niño de Cebu of the Order of Saint Augustine (“Santo Niño de Cebu Augustinians”) delivered online lectures at the Sala Brazo of the Museum of São Roque on December 14, 2021, as a side event to the exhibition “O Menino Jesus de Cebu, um ícone da cultura e da história das Filipinas” (Santo Niño de Cebu: An Icon of Philippine culture and history.

A capa magna and inner vestment worn in the 19th century by the original image of the Santo Niño de Cebu are on display at the Temporary Exhibition Gallery of the Museum of São Roque in Lisbon, Portugal, from December 10, 2021, to February 6, 2022. The artifacts are on loan from the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu (BMSN) Museum as part of the exhibit Santo Niño de Cebu: An Icon of Philippine culture and history.
